It illustrates some of its most important concepts through a quantitative analysis and two cases. Although this paper focuses on a large part on investors and managers, behavioral finance effects affect us all when it comes to make decisions. This paper is an academic research trying to expose the psychological effects and can be read by anyone. The quantitative analysis takes the form of a questionnaire that replicates behavioral finance experiments and through its result, we validate, or refute, existing theories. The two cases study are for one, analyzing the markets and investors reaction through the Brexit vote while the second one is analyzing managers and executives at Enron that exhibited behavioral biases.
